If you live in the Roswell area you know that there is a lot of history here. Settled by Roswell King and others during the ending days of the Cherokee Nation and the height of the first GOLD Rush. There was actually at US Mint in Dahlonega for awhile. Invaded during the "War Between the State". (That's what we call the Civil War down here.) All the way up to its links to the Roosevelt presidential family. Well local historians are still researching our history and continue to bring it to life with lectures and at the many historic sights in the area.
