How many loan officers actually refer their customers to their Realtors in their network? If you don't currently, you should. My realtors always find it a shock when I actually provide them with an approved buyer as a referral. I believe that we should help each other out. Give and take. You are going to build more trust and loyalty with a realtor if you provide them with referrals as well as take good care of their referrals given to you. In Ohio, specifically, I make sure that my team of realtors all have their own coverage area. None of their areas cross. My company provides me with a great internet lead source that brings me buyers all across the country. Just, like you, I want those clients to buy a home, as I don't get paid until they do so. Originally, it was only Ohio that I had those leads. Now it's all of the U.S. I couldn't be anymore excited. My first experience in trying to find a realtor in Broward County, Florida. I am new to ActiveRain and wanted to see if I could utilize this amazing website to find me a realtor to take good care of my client who didn't currently work with a broker, so that it was an exchange of business. The response was a little overwhelming. But, one realtor set herself apart from the rest. Her name was Jeanette Neerpat from Coral Springs, Florida. Instead of just emailing me, she called. What took place was amazing. A real relationship was formed. I knew from that one call that we would be doing future business together. She also gave me some very useful information. She floored me!!! I hope all future realtors I meet on here go so nice. I care a lot about my clients and want to make sure that they walk away happy with everyone involved. The type of realtors I like to work with have to be warm and friendly, not pushy, but motivated, care about my client, whether its a big or small purchase, and refer to me as well. I llok forward to more time on ActiveRain and growing my network.
