It is Great to Be Back Home in Bent Tree!

Real Estate Agent with Torrey Mountain Properties, Inc

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week in Savannah, Georgia.  We had an easy trip, saw some great places, ate a lot of great food and somewhere along the way I managed to squeeze in 30 hours of classroom work to complete phase 2 of the Graduate Realtor Institute.  Yep, it was a great week, but it was even better to pull in through the front gate of this little piece of North Georgia Heaven called Bent Tree.

For those of you unfamiliar with the area, Bent Tree is a gated community in the mountains about 50 miles north of Atlanta.  And yes I said "in the mountains."  Bent Tree is just about 10 minutes "above" Jasper, GA.  I can't tell you how many folks have told me - "there aren't any mountains within 50 miles of Atlanta!"  Au Contraire my friend not only are we in the mountains,

Lake Tamarack & Sharptop Mountain

but we can see plenty more of them wherever we go to relax or play.

Bent Tree 7th Tee

Bent Tree has just over 1100 homes scattered gently over 3500 acres and currently there are only about 95 homes for sale.   We have some great listings and I will be glad to show any home in the community.  I'll keep writing until you are hooked.  So just give me a call when you're ready.  See you round the mountains!

What beautiful pictures.  The mountains are just such a great place to "Zen Out."  We have friends in Maggie Valley, NC, and it is the few times I am able to truly get away from it all.

I can only envision what the fall foilage must look like.

Hi Laura,

It is spectacular.  I have been to Maggie Valley many times and it is beautiful there too.  These pictures are from my home community of Bent Tree just outside Jasper, GA.   There are bigger mountains, but I am not sure there are any more lovely.

What most people don't realize is just how affordable it is to live here.  Taxes are low and we have a great mountain golf course here and the annual green fee is less than $1200.  There are some monthly fees that high in lots of places!

If you have clients that are looking to own a 2nd home in the mountains I will be glad to offer a referral fee and I promise to give them the same kind of personal, professional service that you obviously give them down there.

Take care,
