Who are the industry leaders right now in real estate online?  You might be surprised at who is sneaking up there...

It looks like Coldwell Banker's investment in a sensible, easy-to-use, intuitive search engine is paying off.  Since getting more involved in the leasing game, I've noticed apartmentguide.com is everywhere.  Never heard of ServiceMagic.com and have had no experience with RealtyTrac.com other than deleting their emails.

Also interesting to note how the plot thickens.  Seems Trulia and Zillow were uninvited to the Prudential show in San Diego this week-- something about Pru not wanting to support 'competitors' of Pru.

Yahoo's real estate (prudential) uses zillow. Doesn't make sense to me....
