Well its been an OK year for the Lake Arrowhead Real Estate market so far. It has been very generous to buyers that are able to qualify for loans or have the availability to pay cash. Prices are lower than last year and interest rates as well.
Lake Arrowhead Real Estate has also been generous to all the hard working agents that make it happen.
According to the local mountains MLS Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts are still moving along just at a slower pace than last year.
Currently year to date there are:
36 available Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts ranging from $899,000 up to $9,500,000.
9 Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts that have already sold ranging from $680,000 up to $5,950,000!
Despite the gloomy economy and stiff lending restrictions Lake Arrowhead Real Estate and Lakefronts are still holding stong!
