Monterey Bay Aquarium
This past weekend I attended our quarterly CRS meeting in Monterey. We had a great meeting where I learned about the initial steps on blogging, hence this blog! I still have lots to learn so would appreciate your comments. We spent the weekend there and enjoyed the wonderful weather. On the Saturday I took the day off and we had a tour of the Bounty which just happened to be there for a few days. Quite an incredible sight. Later that day we went to the Aquarium which was amazing the Jellies exhibit quite extraordinary and well worth a visit. The penguins and crabs were also among my favorites. Check out their website for further information. http://www.montereybayaquarium.org/ I also had no idea that they actually have scuba diving classes for kids 8 - 13 years old in the shallow pool just outside. What a great learning experience for kids.
