NO DEAL ALIKE...

Wow, the challenges among us these days just to get a deal closed can be overwhelming.  Working with First Time Homebuyers is very challenging because many of the finance institutions will not lend money without certain appliances in the home, a/c unit installed, water running to the house... it's really a crazy market.  We are seeing some owners take out and sell the major appliances before being evicted from the foreclosures and some stuff is being stolen days after going to contract.  It's very frustrating for people to think they have the right to someone else's stuff.  It really ticks me off!  What next, are they going to steal the block from the side walls of the house, the cabinets (wait, I have see cabinets missing), shingles off the roof, etc, etc.  Sorry to vent to you today, but my frustration has went through the roof with what I've had to deal with in this arena of Real Estate this week.  Thanks for listening. :o)
