If you read my bio you will see that I'm with New Media Golf,inc. We own approximatley 2,500 domain names. With those names some we have developed into web sites, and others we sell to clients. Currently I have several home staging and real estate for sale names that would make amazing sites for your business.
Home staging has taken off in the last few years. When we built model homes, oh 30 years ago, there were only interior designers that really didn't have the products to "stage" Staging was something my mother and I did for all our homes for sale. I don't think you can get that "I love this place!" feel from a potential buyer unless the home they are looking at gives them the "warm Fuzzy's" Staging makes a house a home. No matter how small, or how luxurious there are plenty of ways to build that emotional connection to your home with staging. So contact some stagers, ask to see their work. I great stager is a person who understands the type of client that the real estate is targeted to. They should be able to "feel" the marketing. Does that make sense? If the stager just makes a house pretty it may not be the right kind of look for the potential buyer. If your home is in a family neighborhood that has lots of kids, your home for sale needs to feel like it's a place for children not a bachelor pad.
