Tip's for selling Vacant land.....

I am looking for some insight form my Active Rain friends on the best questions to ask before I meet with a Seller as well as while I am with the Seller at the appointment.

I feel I have some, yet I know the my AR family will provide me with many more question's and answer's so that I have the basics and more.

this is a great opportunity for our team and I know that I could muddle through, yet this is a sure fire way to cover the most ground.

I like to let my sellers do the talking. I set the tone with them and start by first looking at the home (with shoes off) then asking why they want to sell.

I have never sold land myself. But I am parked here for more comments. I just learned from Jonathan that you have to get a copy of the ZONING and read up on Act 319. Have a great weekend. Great post.

I have sold lots before for individual homes.....being a larger parcel and the possibility of the subdivision.......well, that is very new to me.
