Hey is it just me or does it seem like everywhere we turn we are constantly inundated with the constant threat of precipitation by the gloom and doom bubble that is surrounding the current real estate market. Okay...some of the banks have gone under and Fannie and Freddie along with Bears & Stearns have all been bailed out by Uncle Sam. "Is money also now harder to qualify for?' You betcha!
You know recently I read an article that said the human body contained more than a trillion cells and each had the capacity to generate 1.17 volts of electricity. Can you believe we are literally walking tasers! So quicker than you can say, "Don't tase me bro!" There are bunches of savvy investors taking advantage of the market by adding rentals, foreclosed, tax lien investments and even commercial properties to their portfolio inventories.
So you think everyone is scared, nobody can qualify for a loan and therefore nobody is buying!!!. Well I can tell you right now that I am working with a handful of investors and a number of smart shoppers who realize that with this being a buyers market, the world is theirs!! Well at least they can purchase their piece of the rock, right!
Feeling a little tingly now??? Great! First time home buyers, relos, folks down-sizing, right-sizing, investors..... Now is a great time to buy!!!! Looking for financing? Financing has not taken the path of the VCR. There are still programs out there for credit worthy buyers. Ya gotta shop around.
On a final note, for those of you that are not trying to figure out how to sell your body's electricity to the power company, Look for the opportunities! There are plenty out there. Also, while you're at it, do your homework, find a bonified mortgage professional. If you are not working with a real estate professional, call me. I may be able to help change you from a dreamer to a doer.
