After using many beachbody workouts for several years, I think I finally discovered my favorite set- turbo Jam! I love it! The workouts are great- good music, punching, kicking.... at the end you can't believe that you just did 30 minutes (Chalene actually says that in one of the videos) or 45 minutes or whatever it is. Plus, I think that I have actually managed to lose a few inches here or there and that is really motivating me to stick with it! Also, I I feel like the workouts actually give me more energy throughout the day.
