All right Pam, I am just not going to stand for no one having an interest in commenting on this fine Nampa market report. Well I hear the 2018 Winter Olympics might even come to Nampa. Nampa is my favorite place in the world. Why if it weren't for Boise being so big, everyone would know about Nampa. Nampa is very affordable. Move to Nampa dadgumit! And by the way, for the best tour of Nampa homes see Pam. She knows everything. How do you think I keep pretending to be so smart? It's all Pam I tell you. Pam's the one. Now get yourself to Nampa as soon as you can, you hear?

Pam, my term in the Rain which almost happened on this little lonely post was it could be an "orphan post" with no love shown. Not if I have anything to say about it. I feel the momentum going for Nampa. Nampa is happy. And the world is good.
