Active Rain & Trulia

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WERTH REALTY

Tough to remain on both at the same time, as sources for help, referals, and Q & A, but thanks to both, I have recieved alot of business, clients, referals for Free.  Along with the damn soliciters trying to get my business, but I guess there just trying to make a living.

Active Rain and Trulia - Great sites and great people on them!

Any other positive sites out there that I should be aware of that is like Active Rain?

I don't believe that there is anything like Active|Rain. A|R is one of a kind! Another site that comes to mind is Zillow.com- alot like Trulia, but Zillow offers the "Zestimate". Both Trulia and Zillow offer Blog Platforms too.

I use all three of the sites listed above, but we always find our way back to AR. That is where we have gotton most of our leads (from localism)

Dave,

I see a few people have already suggested Zillow.   There is a Zillow group on Active Rain you should check out.

I have all three, Zillow, Truila, & Active Rain.  I prefer ActiveRain.  However, most people are familiar with Zillow.  Hopefully all us ActiveRainers can soon change that.

Dave,

I also maintain a presence on AR and Trulia.  I signed up on Zillow but, do not bother with it.  Ever since I was introduced to Activerain I am not on Trulia that much either.  Make sure you check out Localism.

I use Trulia now too, just to get my name out there even more. Trulia however is not as refined and organized as AR, they have a lot of growing to do to catch up with AR! There is also a lot of personal advertising in places where it shouldn't be!
