David - This looks like a nice break for you! I did read your other post and can relate to your fustration and stress level in 2008. It's a jungle out there! I was at a broker's luncheon today and we were ll venting. I think I don't mind putting together less deals if only everything would just go smooth. 2008 has involved lots of back and forth and deals falling through!

Hey, you should embed your video into a Localism post that is written about Doufuskie Island! That should make it into Localism for sure!
