I moved here from the cold state of michigan and I absolutely love it. I am an outdoor person and
the weather here is just perfect for me. I love to sit on my porch all year long for coffee in the morning. So for all of you freezing in the winter in the cold north, come on home to Pensacola.

What a wonderful response and thanks to all the agents for the good ideas about open houses.
Here is one I got from right here at home. Have an open house/garage sale at the same time.
You get people looking at the house and the owners get rid of the things that they don't want
to take with them. See if the neighbors are willing to make it a street/sub sale and you will
really get a lot of traffic. Good luck out there
