"POSSIBLE DANGEROUS SITUATION -If you are called to do a market evaluation, check that the name of the caller is the same as the property owner. There have been three reports of a mancallingfemale REALTORSrequesting a CMA on a property he does not own. It appears to be a very strange situation in which you do not want to be involved. Please, whether female or male,remember there is no such thing as being too careful. If we get more information on this situation, we will pass it on to each office."
A good reason why to use a Realtor, as all people are to be qualified before working with, and when working with strangers outside the office, make sure people know where your at and with whom you will be around! Regardless of Real Estate, Lending, Attorneys, and additional practices, this gives us a good reminder to keep an eye out for ourselves living in the FM Valley, getting unfortunately damaged due to sick people. For Sale By Owners are the biggest targets according to a number of national real estate studies! It pays to ask questions first!
