Why Realtors Should Work With a Lender Who Offers FSBO Support

Are by owner sellers really a threat to your business?  After all their chance of selling on their own is less than 10%.  As a lender I am able to offer the by owner seller FREE services such as an online listing for their home without representing the property.  Why would I do this?  LEADS!  I am able to create a relationship with the seller that is a non-threat.  I am not a Realtor and I don't want to list their home.

Am I a threat to you?  Absolutely not.  My goal is to create a relationship with the seller so that when the time comes I am able to refer them to a Realtor that I work with.  I am the local affiliate for www.homesbylender.comin the Tri-Cities, Yakima & Walla Walla, Wash.  Our site is highly ranked and nationally marketed we get dozens of buyer and seller leads every week.  We pre-qualify these leads and refer them to local Realtors.

Is there a local affiliate for HomesByLender.com in your area?  If there isn't you might suggest that your favorite lender check it out.  Neither of your will be sorry.  I referred 4 pre-approved buyers to three of my Realtor partners yesterday alone.  By the end of August HomesByLender affiliates will be able to offer Realtors who list REO's a place to advertise their foreclosed homes.  Integrating a foreclosure database to a site that already ranks on the first page of major search engines will double the leads this site will provide.  Don't let your competition walk away with a lead that should be yours.

Thank you for the information, I will check into it. I call the FSBO and offer them my services. I give them flyers with various mortgage payments so the clients can see the payment. And they offer me a commission...lol. And to think I only want a referral.
