Greetings from a novice blogger

Hi!  Although I'm not new to real estate I am new to blogging.  The whole idea intrigues me. As an e-Pro, I've been doing some posting (more lurking than posting, I'll confess) to the Listservs there and I have found it very interesting and helpful. I think the hardest thing will be to decide what to write about.  How do you avoid becoming repetitive?  I've been reading all the tips and suggestions, so I guess I'll just have to jump right in!
