I'm thinking that being the only blogger from your area is actually a good thing. Polly, it is just as addicting to blog about real estate or at least here on Active Rain.  Just wait another few days.  We even have groups for those of us who are addicted to blogging and/or Active Rain.  :)

The same thing seems to be going on in my area.  Very few agents are blogging.  In my company, I believe I am the only one.  I guess some area are picking up on the internet revolution quicker than other areas.

Welcome, Polly.  Oshkosh is a pretty name.  I agree with The Muldowney Team.  Not many agents are blogging in my area.  I am the only who blogs in my company.  We have two offices, one in Morro Bay and the other in San Luis Obispo.  I enjoy being on ActiveRain. There's so much information to share and exchange.  I didn't not blog for a few months and when I got back, I feel like blogging everyday.  Have fun!
