FIND THE RIGHT LOCATION FOR YOU!

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty

We get calls every week wanting to know the best place to live in Greenville. We usually respond by saying what are the things you are looking for here in Greenville. Its hard to tell someone that is not familiar with our town were to view homes. A good agent will make the buyer aware of all the local interest and needs for the current client they are working with, once a client begins to look we like to direct them to a good subdivision guide that will show them the subdivisons here in the county and  just how close the schools, hospital and other points of interest. A good agent helps the client find the right homes that will best suit the family's needs. If your looking to move here just check out www.GreenvilleMove.com the local subdivision guide for Greenville and Pitt County! Let our agents help you find the right home.

I have the same question here in Falmouth MA on Cape Cod.  There is a lot of qualifying before I can indicate an area that may have what their tastes include.

It is becoming harder and harder to get customers qualified for loans. Someone that was able to buy 6 months ago do not me the new criteria mortgage companies have in place. If you don't have money to put down on property you are out of luck.
