We all know that being in the Real Estate business requires of staying in touch with your business 24/7. No matter where we are, we need to be up to date with E-mails, appointments, closing dates, contacts etc.

But is it possible to have all this things together in one simple device? Well fortunately we live in a world full of technology, and nowadays it is possible to have all those things together in one piece of equipment: A Smart Phone. For those of you who don't know what a smart phone is, a smart phone is simply a mobile phone offering advance capabilities beyond a typical mobile phone such as PC-like functionality.

Now, knowing this comes with another and more important question: Which one is the best smart phone out there? Here I present the top 5 Smart Phones in the industry right now.

I dont understand why no one ever mentions the Moto Q? It was recently rated the #2 smartphone and consistently beats out the I-Phone.

Windows Mobile phone beats Apple iPhone
April 11, 2008 [MS Smartphone] | By Edward J. R.

It is one thing when Microsoft MVPs (i.e. people sponsored by Microsoft - usually without disclosure on their websites - with free MSDN subscription worth 2-3 thousand dollars, free intercontinental flights to MVP summit once a year, and other goodies) are praising Windows Mobile and inventing reasons why Apple iPhone is inferior, but it is different thing when an independent organization evaluates the situation in a lab and publishes results...

The Good Housekeeping Research Institute (GHRI), which is the product-evaluation laboratory of an American Good Housekeeping magazine recommends a Windows Mobile phone over iPhone:

AT&T

GHRI-Recommended Cell Phones

* GHRI recommended: Motorola Moto Q 9h Global ($150) Pros: Composing text messages was fast on the roomy keypad. The screen is large and easy to read, and the phone was the only one to earn a top score for incoming calls.

Features include: Automatic word completion (autotext) and built-in common phrases for texting, camera, camcorder, Bluetooth, e-mail, instant messaging, Web browsing, music player, picture messaging, and GPS navigation.

I have had the i phone since last year and I love it, it does all I ever need and I much prefer it to the treo.  I have to admit though the blackberry curve does look quite appealing.
