Every-time i see Roswell I thin k of Roswell NM. I've seen a lot of cities beginning to rebuild around the old areas of industry. Mainly because that is where things kept the city thriving for so long.

I think the older inner cites make a lot more sense.  I attended a continuing education course yesterday on Renovation Financing that made a lot of sense when considering the purchase of an older property.  It offered so many options!
