I am the first to admit I am tech challanged. But, I found Point2 and decided to give it a go. I put my site together with one of the Point2 templates with help from the tutorials and message boards. There are still parts of it that I can't get to work correctly (issues with my computer) but it is a great deal better than what I had before.
That was only a couple of months ago and I just wrote my first contract that I can attribute to my Point2 site! This couple that is relocating found me on the web from my site MShomeinfo.
Is this a young couple buying their first home? Nope - they are both 65+.
