I was very fortunate this week to have the opportunity to stage this stunning Seabrook beach home. The goal was to keep it light and beachy, ready for entertaining and enjoying the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby rivers.
The budget was not high, less than $5000 actually. A little can go a long way......
In the hundreds of homes we've staged, we've only staged 2 homes in Seabrook. The first was in the $750K range and sold in just over 60 days. The second was $1.2M and sold in just 26 days. With this home capping in at $2.3M, we are excited to see if our luck holds out!
