Inside Sales Agents on my team HIT THE PHONES!!!

I currently employee 2 full time real estate telemarketers and they are amazing. Alex Gibson has been doing inside sales (ISA) for my team for the last 3 years. I has helped me crush through performance ceilings I never imagined I could pass. It was hard to accomplish 100 closings in a twelve month period. We are on pace to close 300 deals this year. It is due to Listings, Leads and Leverage the three L's of real estate.

Thanks for sharing - would you go into more detail about how the telemarketers work for you.  What systems do you have in place, how do they pick the prospects to call, how many calls do they make a day, how is the prospect handed off or followed up with when it gets beyond what they can say as unlicensed employees?

Our telemarketers make about 75 -125 calls a day. They mainly prospect expired, web site leads, and incoming listing calls. We have 9 listing appointments scheduled for this weekend an usually this time a year list 35 - 50 per month. 80 + percent of these appointments are scheduled by my ISA (inside sales department) I have tones of scripts but would have to say what makes it really work is our web site. At least 90 percent of my closed business comes from the web. I just started a team one hour north of Frisco, TX. It is in Grayson county which is known for the largest lake Lake Texoma. My team has only been around since November of 2006 and will close 9 transactions this April. All from the Internet!!!
