Our telemarketers make about 75 -125 calls a day. They mainly prospect expired, web site leads, and incoming listing calls. We have 9 listing appointments scheduled for this weekend an usually this time a year list 35 - 50 per month. 80 + percent of these appointments are scheduled by my ISA (inside sales department) I have tones of scripts but would have to say what makes it really work is our web site. At least 90 percent of my closed business comes from the web. I just started a team one hour north of Frisco, TX. It is in Grayson county which is known for the largest lake Lake Texoma. My team has only been around since November of 2006 and will close 9 transactions this April. All from the Internet!!!
