Amendment to HR 3221

This bill seems to have quite a few surprises. One that if First Time HomeBuyers apply for the $7,500 tax credit, they should be prepared for a surprise when they sell that home. We really need to educate ourselves on the bill so that we may effectively educate our buyers. Do you have suggestions?
