Paradigms in Saramento Real Estate:preconceived notions and why you should buy a home

It wasn't too long ago in this industry, that one simply went to their lender found out if they could buy a home or not, and went out and bought one.

The paradigms that exist with buyers in the Sacramento market are no different today then they were before.

Why is it that people are so media conscious that if you read the headlines that the sun is not coming out that you accept that fact and look out the window and it's bright as it can be, could it be that the paper was wrong? There's an old saying (question authority) and oh how true this saying is it can apply to many different facets of life.

Folks, I don't know about you but the last time I looked ,this morning, interest rates are pretty darn good; the amount you pay for a home and selection has never been better, and yet the amount of listings are going down, which tells you that the Real Estate economy is improving, with fewer listings and more buyers the cycle that was broken has been re-initiated into the present time so you to buy a home now!
