Hey, what the heck...It could happen. The way the prices increased so dramatically here in Arizona, I am not suprised. It seems like for awhile that California was taking over Arizona and was going to annex it into one of their suburbs. The only good thing about it is that we would have a better Governor. With all the interest only loans, option arms, etc.... we will be even busier very soon if you actually aren't afraid to get out there and work for it. The business is not going to come to you like it did last fall. Then, you could be a joe blow off the street and get paid...or should I say overpaid!!! Most realtors do not have a cue as to how real estate works if they received their license within the last year and a half.  Now, they are either starving or working their butts off. To those of you who are working your butts off, KUDOS to you!! To those of you who think the magic bus is gonna come knocking on your door..... Wal-Mart is hiring.  They need a few more greeters. You have plenty of experience. I will even give you a referral.  Now, before you get all pissed off, think about it. Is it you that is starving?? There is no reason for it. And if it is you...you can do something about it.  if it is not you, then you agree and disregard.  Either way..get creative and market yourself and make some "hard earned money".
