The Online Presentation of Your Listing

You are so right!  When I looked at the first photos, I thought not bad, not bad at all.  The house is just stunning but when I saw the professional showcase, well no contest!  Great demonstration.

I agree with you completely. I have a photographer take photos for all of my listings. This has been working very well since the first of the year. I also give them the responsibility of putting together the VT and uploading the photos on the web...in addition to it being great for advertising, it also saves me a lot of time.

Your photos are amazingly beautiful.  Why don't you move to San Antonio? :-)

Jay ~ I have to say that my thoughts were the same as Donna's; I thought the first pictures were good.  BUT, yours are great!  I feel like I'm right in the room in yours.

The first group of photos seemed much better than many we see online -- but your professional stills and VT are spectacular!  What was the price of that "luxury vacation" home, by the way?  It was gorgeous!

That DOES make a big difference!  If I were an agent I would hire a professional photographer for every listing.

Jay, that is a dramatic difference.  I went back and looked at the first photos again to make sure that it was the same house. 

Wow!  The first set of photos were nice because of the property and its contents.  The second set were art.  Nice presentation!

The detail in your photos is incredible.  Great comparison.  You do beautiful work!

Jay, I agree with everyone else, I think you were too kind with REALTOR photos, those first were not typical, but above average REALTOR photos.  Your, on the other hand, are fabulous.

Great pictures! Huge difference. Once you use a professional photographer you can't go back.
