Exit Realty Annual Convention in Massachusetts was a gold mine of Talent

The wealth of Knowledge at the Convention was with a lot of themes , top of the list for all speakers was LISTING,LISTINGS,LISTINGS....the market in America is ever changing with small pockets of micro economies , When Tami Bonnell asked me to talk at the venue , i prepared a a hour long seminar on "20 things you need to be doing in 2008 Real Estate or BURGER KING will teach you to make it there way".The night before i re-wrote it and after talking to agents and brokers , i realized as i always do that the agents who have the listings  control the market (was that a major brain wave or what) , I talked about different ways to get listings in this market ,all the basics the agents already know just got Lazy!!
