Marketing and prospecting are a vital part of any successful real estate career and cannot be overlooked. If you stop prospecting and marketing yourself your business eventually will also stop. Determine what works for you and do it consistently, that is the key! So... dust off your name badge, find that old set of company car signs, refill your business cardholder and tell the world you are a real estate professional. It worked before and it will work now.
