Termites - Are You Protected???

Just a reminder that you really need to keep a termite contract on your home or business. I know that it costs money initially and to renew it annually costs money, but it is so important, as you have to have one at closing, anyway, when you sell your property. With a current contract, the termite company is responsible for checking for termites and is responsible for any damage that is caused (though you now have to read every clause in your contract with the termite company VERY closely). And we do have termites all over Craighead County, whether you think you have seen one or not!!!
