Don, your percent of list price on the sold homes looks pretty strong for this particular week in St. Charles.

Has the condo market been softer than the houses recently?

Gary,

There was a little improvement this week.  I would be nice if it would hold and not have the continual peaks and valleys.

Terry,

The condo market all across the county is soft.  This is what is keeping our absorption rate up.  For some reason they are not as strong at this time.

Good morning Don. You have presented some good information for consumers to digest. Might I make a suggestion though....Why not interpret the data instead of just presenting it. Let everyone know what this data means. Just my two cents :)

Bill,

Thank you for the suggestion.  I have been wondering what I could do to improve it.  I do interpret the information at the end of the month for the month end report or when comparing year over year.  I will work on this area though.  Thank you sir for the suggestion.
