I know I am a transplant to Maryland, so I have to check myself when I feel my blood pressure going up when drivers out here do not pull over to the right and stop and wait for emergency vehicles to pass before they start driving again.
At least once I have been honked at and given the finger BECAUSE I yielded in such a fashion to an emergency vehicle here in the DC Metro area. It has made me question just what the law is regarding yielding to emergency vehicles ... so I looked it up in the Maryland motor vehicle code:
I posted this because realtors do a lot of driving in our line of business and we should be aware driving regulations for our own safety and other drivers on the road.
