Great point :-) Many of us are constantly walking around with our blinders on and fail to recognize a good opportunity.

But I have to politely disagree with Hollis. Because of our expertize and our talents in these difficult times this is the exact perfect time for us all to be in real estate.
I firmly believe we Realtors have the greatest opportunity today to show what we can do.
