Sounds like a very peaceful place. I don't know what values are for your area, but the price seems pretty nice.

Looks very scenic - and paved road access is always a great thing! Any restrictions on building? Home and barn okay?
Hi Debbie, Thanks for the comment! There are covenants, but you can put a manufactured home, and a barn or shop on the property. It is actually right next to our property, and if we had the extra $$, we would buy it!
