Bellevue Mall to Open in 2010 with a New Library

It looks like the folks at Bellevue Development LLC, a joint venture partnership between Foursquare Properties Inc. and Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust Inc., and Metro government have finally reached an agreement! The mall is projected to start demolition by the end of this year and the new open air lifestyle center should be complete in 2010. It promises more restaurants, a new library and so much more. The two anchor stores, Sears and Macys will remain open during the entire renovation, so be sure to support them!
