Software for Better Photos

By
Real Estate Agent with Wick Team

Hello Active rain this is my first post :)

This post aims at helping photographers and estate agents take better quality property snaps. A good photograph can say a thousands words and when taken right will make a dramatic increase in home buyer interest.

Majority of home sales originate from online sources. This means that home buyers are searching and browsing real estate websites in search of that dream home. Ensuring your photos shine makes all the difference.

Taking pictures from a not so great camera creates a picture thats not so great. New photographers often think that there is a special skill or art involved in taking top quality snaps. It's wrong to think that. A little knowledge is required but almost all great photos are taken with great cameras. For best results invest in a really good camera.

So You have been out at your property and taken lots of snaps and now you are now back at the office uploading the photos. You now need to browse them picking out the pictures you like.

Now comes the magic! you have the pictures you like and now you need to place them into an image editing package to bring them to life. I highly recommend Lightroom 2 and PTlens.
