Just recently I found some great deals for my clients in a small city adjacent to the major city where all the Realtors were active. I found that we all tend to look up homes by city or zip codes and may sometimes miss a small city or zipcode that is adjacent to our primary search area. As a result, us Realtors that are familiar with our market areas and/or know how to properly utilize a "Map Search" in MLS instead of the traditional settings, can usually find these killer deals.
