This was an awesome boot camp. Lot of fun. There were about 30 women in it. They offered 2 sessions M-F or M,W,F. Hours were 5:30-6:30am. After awhile you do get used to getting up at 5am to get to class. The instructor was really great - Carol.
I would highly recommend this class for ANYONE looking to kick start their exercise program. No matter what shape you are in, everyone is welcome. The class is wonderful for every level.
Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
