Logging into Active Rain should be part of your daily routine

Why am I still seeing Real Estate Professionals blogging about poor sales numbers in their areas?  As a member of Active Rain I expect us all to see the importance of staying away from the negative and focusing on how to be more productive.  AR has been such a breath of fresh air for me.  It is a place where I can come to for motivation.  I find myself (like I'm sure you all identify with) looking forward to logging on each morning to start the day.

I recently attending a Housing Symposium held by the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale (RAGFL), among other sponsors.  At the symposium we received stats on the comparison of both Single Family Homes and Condos in each city of Broward County.  The stats were based on the number of sales and days on the market.  Even though our area is very seasonal and as we were already heading into off -season, both the single family homes and condo numbers were showing an up swing.  What a positive notion!

It is really imperative that we unify as a team , coach each other and start delivering true news and statistics.  We all should agree it is time to stop the spread of poor press  when "dread and gloom" is old already.

Thanks to all you Active Rainers that keep us industry professionals, and consumers alike,  motivated and positive.  It will always be the case that real estate on a whole is the best investment.
