Home sales in Vestavia Hills Alabama were up in July to 62 closed sales. This is the best month since August '07. Ten sales were in Liberty Park. The average salesprice was $387,615, up from $311,998 in June, with prices ranging from $96,900 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Montreat to $1.030 million for an estate in Watkins Glen. The average days on market for sold properties was 85.5. Currently there are 424 properties on the market in Vestavia which represents a 6.83 month supply (down from a 10.78 month supply last November).
