I just had a buyer view one on my listings. He was a disabled vet so we decided to go VA. He could not qualify. Has the requirments for VA changed like the FHA? I haven't heard anything. I know that not everyone can get qualified, but, A disabled Nam vet???? Don't we owe him at least a home? Or is just me?

Thom, I'm sad for this vet that he was unable to qualify. If he is disabled, he is probably receiving disability pay. Perhaps it is not enough for the debt/income ratio. (Yes, they still have to qualify)
Did you talk with the mortgage lender to see what had to be done to help this man in the future?
