Village at Crown Colony

I recently went on a sojourn with a client to find a townhouse in Quincy. The end result was that we decided that by looking at most of what the city has to offer - The Village at Crown Colony is the one of the best townhouse complexes around. It has several different styles. It has units with garages. The property is well kept. Overall this is an A+ property. There is easy access to the MBTA. The property is conveniently located adjacent to major routes. It is the best! There are currently four units on the market in Crown Colony. These are the listings below:

More About The Village at Crown Colony

Located in Quincy, Massachusetts near the Braintree split, the complex offers access to the Quincy Adams MBTA Redline Station. I consider the complex a “blue ribbon” winner for overall quality and day to day management.

The complex houses 100 units and as such there always seems to be a few units available in the complex.  People enjoy the complex simply due to the fact that it looks very much like a small New England village.  These town homes are the closest feeling to a single family home without all of the headaches of owning a home. Some of the attributes that attract people to the complex are the interior fireplaces, garages, and decks. These are things found in single family homes and more and more condo owners are looking for these as well.  Units are generally over 1500 square feet in size. These are as large as the average single family home in the area.

The majority of the complex unit owners occupy their own properties. There are very few rentals in the complex.
