I have worked in the mortgage industry for the past 8 years and watched it slowly change from a sellers market to a buyers market. I think when I worked with my last company Lenders First Choice in California, I was given the opportunity to work worldwide which opened my knowledge to a new heights'. I think it interesting to see how each state works having their own laws, guidlines, and tax fees. It amazed me when I spoke to a women back east and she told me she was taxed on just about everything she owned right down to her dog. I was shocked I thought California was bad for me. Since we just recently moved to Vail, AZ it's been a big change from Simi Valley, CA. I am enjoying the storms though, you can't beat those. Well hope this turns to be a great Friday and the start to a fabulous weekend.
