If you're like me, you get files you can't open because you don't have the correct program or files you're supposed to edit that are read-only. It's highly annoying!
I have found a site that is the solution to these problems:
This site is better than software you can buy or even the free online converters. Why? There is no need to download any software and this site converts everything from documents to music to images to video.
Just go to Zamzar.com and upload your file and choose the format you would like it to be converted to. Then enter your email address and a link to the new file is quickly e-mailed to you!! That easy!
So next time you get a PDF file that you need to edit, just go to Zamzar.com and change it to a Word Document, edit what you need, then change it back to a PDF!!
Basic use of Zamzar is free!! This means you can convert five files at once with a combined file size not exceeding 100 megabytes. For larger files & more uploads, there are 3 different paid upgrade accounts-ranging from $7 to a Business Plan for $49.
The free version works perfectly for me though!
