My efforts with Activerain.com are beginning to pay off.
After posting on a few blog articles I have recieved a quality lead for my listing located on Kurtz St. in San Diego.
I first heard of Activerain.com from advice from a friend in the Residentail Real Estate business. I reviewed the site and was quick to identify the potential for generating business from Activerain was low. I did receive a new property listing for an industrial buiding locatged in the Sports Arena Sub Market and decided to advertise it through Activerain. After only two weeks I received a lead from a qualified broker in San Diego. His client is ideal for this property and we are expecting to tour it this afternoon.
