Who needs a Coach?

Managing Real Estate Broker with Beringer Realty

So, who needs a coach?  Easy to answer....

--anyone who knows they should be doing more but can't seem to find what it takes to actually make themselves get it done.

--anyone who knows they could be doing more but can't quite figure out the next step in the process.

--anyone who knows they would be doing more if they had better control of their life and time.

--anyone who wants to increase their production and/or their income and is willing to change at least one thing about their business to make that happen.

--anyone who keeps getting the same (or, in this market less) results but can't figure out what to change to improve business.

The only person who won't benefit from good, focused coaching is someone who doesn't want to change and is satisfied with life and income as it is.

So cool to see you joined active rain.  This week, I received a buyer lead from active rain and we have been communicating by email about properties that will meet her special needs.

I read you blog "Who needs a Coach"?  I have been self employed for 19 1/2 years and will admit I have alot to learn about how to run a business.  Due to a serious car accident, I was forced to give my previous business of 16 years to my son.

I can say my real estate business is surviving this market because of my "hunker down" attitude and determination to get my listings SOLD.  I want to do more than survive this tough market ....I want to grow my business in this market.  I am ready for change and look forward to your help!

They say (whoever "they" are), that the only way to succsses is with coaching. The best on any field be it  Sports, The Arts , Business- etc. require a trainer and a coach. You are "IT"
