IF ZILLOW.COM IS TAKING OVER THE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL WORLD ... I THINK NOT.

HOMEOWNERS HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE JAWS OF THE ALLIGATOR AND GOING DOWN FOR ANOTHER PLUNGE INTO THE WATERS OF UNCERTAINTY.

MARKET VALUE? 

WHAT IS MY HOUSE WORTH THIS AFTERNOON?

HOMEOWNERS NEED ANSWERS AND IN MOST CASES, THERE IS NO ABILITY TO REFINANCE. 

LTV RATIOS, OVER-EXTENDED CREDIT AND THE LIKE....

THE HOMEOWNERS COULD HAVE THEIR HOMES RE-ASSESSED...

I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT BACK TO THE "OLD DAYS"... LIKE TWO YEARS AGO.

WHY MUST I WEAR A REVERSABLE HAT THAT SAYS "BPO/REO" ON ONE SIDE AND "APPRAISALS" ON THE OTHER?
