I've been blogging on Active Rain since almost the very beginning. I didn't know anything about SEO, tags or key words. But I enjoyed learning, the process of doing the posts and most of all getting the phone to ring. And I'm still learning this ever developing craft. I'm still amazed when the phone rings and the voice on the other end is a mortgage lender from San Diego asking me about my Talking House post or when a potential buyer calls asking about a specific property. Blogging is truly a great tool and I'm ever grateful to the A.R. gods for this opportunity.
